Refund & Returns Policy

01. Eligibility for Returns

Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations surrounding cosmetics and skincare items, we accept return requests under the following conditions:

• The return request is submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.
• The product remains unopened, unused, unwashed, and in its original sealed box/packaging with all security seals intact.
• The item was received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

02. Non-Returnable Items

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Items that have been opened, unsealed, or tested/used.
• Products purchased during clearance sales or promotional bundle drops (unless defective upon arrival).

03. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged package or an incorrect shade/item, please inspect your delivery immediately and email us within 48 hours at uae@listorabeauty.shop. Please include your Order ID and photos/videos showing the issue so our team can arrange a free exchange or full refund.

04. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to submit a return request:

• Contact our support team at uae@listorabeauty.shop with your Order ID and reason for return.
• Upon approval, our courier partner will collect the return package from your address or provide shipping labels for return to our Dubai, UAE facility.
• Once inspected at our warehouse, your replacement or refund will be processed promptly.

05. Refund Processing & Timelines

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit card) or issued as Listora Beauty store credit within 5 to 7 business days after product inspection at our warehouse.
